Family Violence Community Development Information Sessions play a crucial role in raising awareness, educating the community, and promoting active involvement in addressing family violence. The sessions are designed for local community groups such as but not limited to; sporting clubs, NGO's, Girl Guides, Scouts, and Community Houses targeting youth and young people.
The sessions provide information about Healthy and Respectful Relationships and Family Violence, including its different forms, warning signs, risk factors, and available resources.
Education empowers community members to recognize and respond appropriately to family violence situations.
